Service Agreement
By submitting a repair quote request or shipping a unit to OEM Radio Repair, you agree to our flat-rate pricing, 1-year warranty terms, and mail-in service process described on our homepage.
Warranty
Digitizer and LCD replacements include a 1-year warranty covering parts and labor for the same reported issue. Physical damage after return shipping is not covered.
Limitation of Liability
OEM Radio Repair is not liable for pre-existing vehicle electrical issues unrelated to the repaired screen assembly. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair service.
